- The 6th Taiwan Pharmaceutical Joint Academic Symposium Submission and Registration Platform (hereinafter referred to as this system) collects your personal information to facilitate your online submission and review registration process. - Your personal information, as listed in the registration form—including your name, national identity card number, practice location, practice location phone number, correspondence address, personal mobile phone number, and any other information that can directly or indirectly identify you—will be collected and used for this purpose.
